Advanced COD Rules + Fees (“the App”) is operated by iConsultify®. This policy explains what data we process when you install the App on a Shopify store.

Data we process

Shop data: shop domain and OAuth access token.
Configuration: COD fee settings, restriction rules, advanced payment/shipping rules, and pincode lists you create in the App.
Session data: standard Shopify session fields required for embedded admin authentication.

The App does not store customer personal information (names, emails, addresses, or order line details) in our database. Checkout evaluation runs inside Shopify Functions using cart context provided by Shopify at request time.

How we use data

Data is used solely to provide COD fee and checkout customization features and to respond to Shopify compliance webhooks.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Shop data stays on our hosting infrastructure and is shared with Shopify only as required to operate the App (Admin API and Functions).

Retention & deletion

On uninstall we clear the shop access token and sessions. After Shopify sends the shop/redact compliance webhook, we delete the shop record and related configuration. Customer data request / redact webhooks are acknowledged; we hold no customer PII to export or erase.
